Purchase of a non-agricultural plot of land for subsequently constructing residential unit i.e a Composite project
Repair/ renovation of an existing residential unit.
Extension of an existing residential unit e.g. construction of additional floor,rooms etc.
Takeover of home loan availed from other banks/FIs/NBFCs.
Loan can be availed depending upon the eligibility and need of the customer from ₹25.00 Lakhs without any maximum cap

NRIs can reimburse the investments already made by them, provided the Investment has taken place within preceding one year.

Eligibility and Terms

Salaried individuals like Government employees and corporate professionals, as well as self-employed individuals like Doctors, CAs, Business People aged between 18 and 50 years.
If the applicant is aged 50 years and above, he/she may avail jointly with his/her spouse, son, daughter. The joint borrower age should be less than 50 years.
The minimum income generation should be more than or equal to Rs.12.00 lakh (including the income of the Co-applicant) as per IT Return computed as per the last three years.
CIC score (Credit Vision Score) should be above 700.
