TMB MWallet Application has two mobile applications
TMB MWallet – For TMB Customers
TMB MPay – For Merchants registered with TMB
TMB MWallet and TMB MPay application can be downloaded from Google Play for Android based devices and App store for iOS devices.
The only inputs required for a customer to do a transaction under this scenario are :-
- IIN (Identifying the Bank to which the customer is associated)
- Aadhaar Number
- Fingerprint captured during their enrollment
Customer should have an active account in Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd.
- Download the application from play store or App store
- Enter the 10 digit Indian Mobile number. No foreign No's are allowed.
- An one time password will be sent to Customer's registered mobile number.
- After providing correct OTP, a WPIN (4 Digit Wallet Personal Identification Number) will be sent to respective Mobile Number.
- On entering the WPIN, Customer will be prompted to change the WPIN.
- After completing the process Customer will be prompted to create log-in password. Password should be 6 digits with Minimum 1 Alphabet and 1 Number.
- On Successful Password creation, Customer is now registered for TMB MWallet Services.
