Cardholder needs to activate the card and make at least one successful transaction within 30 days of card activation. Eg. Suppose a card was issued on 25.10.2024. The card holder needs to make a successful Ecom or POS transaction by 25.11.2024 to be eligible for the offer.
Bank will send a 15-digit Membership ID which can be used for redemption of TMB VISA Platinum card linked offers.
The code will be sent within 30 days of making a successful Ecom or POS Transaction.
On receipt of the Membership ID, customer needs to redeem the Membership ID within next 30 days.
For authentication of cardholder, customer may be required to make a 1-rupee transaction while redeeming an offer.
Bank reserves the right to withdraw benefits without notice to customers.
Customer Journey
Bank circulates redemption portal link and membership id with each eligible cardholder.

Cardholder registers (creates account) using membership id, mobile number and OTP, email address and verification.
Cardholder does an INR 1 authentication transaction to validate identity.
Post registration, every subsequent login will be based on mobile number and OTP.
Post login, cardholder lands on a dashboard which shows available benefits.
Cardholder clicks on any benefit to issue voucher/ code.
Voucher/ code will also be triggered to cardholder via email/ SMS.
Cardholder can login and redeem any benefit depending on validity.
After redemption, the counter for that particular benefit reduces by 1.
Cardholder can access redeemed benefit details anytime post claiming the same.
Airport F&B
Cardholder to login and click on issue voucher
Cardholder needs to select airport and outlet and generate a voucher
Generated voucher needs to be redeemed within 48 hours, failing which it will be considered as redeemed
Cardholder can showcase voucher at outlet to redeem during purchase and get the bill amount deducted by the voucher amount
List of eligible outlets and airports will be available on the portal
Voucher Validity: 48 hours
Escalations to be routed on toll free number or email address mentioned on the portal
Vouchers once issued can be cancelled within timeframe (before expiry). This will adjust the counter and refund the quota to cardholder

Cardholder to login and click on issue code
The generated code to be used on Swiggy/ Amazon to be added to respective wallets and get the bill amount adjusted with the coupon amount
