Tamilnad Mercantile Bank has introduced yet another value addition in the form of Speed Remittance money transfer to the Non-Resident Indians in UAE.

With a view to facilitating the NRIs to transfer their earnings back to their kiths and kins in India, Tamilnad Mercantile Bank has entered into a tie-up with UAE Exchange Centre LLC, Abu Dhabi for facilitating money transfers into India from Gulf region.

Procedure for Speed Remittance to India:

The NRI customer (Remitter) has to approach any of the exchange locations of UAE Exchange Centre LLC to make the remittance to beneficiary by providing the following details to the Exchange:

• Amount
• Remitter Name
• Beneficiary Name
• Beneficiary 15 digit bank account number with Tamilnad Mercantile Bank
• Address of the Beneficiary
• Purpose
• Source

UAE Exchange will collect a nominal charge for the remittance and Tamilnad Mercantile Bank will credit the entire proceeds in to the beneficiaries account immediately.
